Refund Policy

All products on myrobloxassets are digital and delivered instantly. Because of this, refunds are only granted in the situations listed below.

Eligible for a refund
  • The product does not work after purchase and cannot be used as described.
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.
  • The download does not work at all and we cannot restore access.
Not eligible for a refund
  • You changed your mind after downloading.
  • The product lacks a feature you assumed but was not listed.
  • You no longer need the asset for your project.
  • Any reason not listed under eligible.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us

Email support@myrobloxassets.com within 14 days of your purchase.

2. Provide details

Include your order ID and a short description of the issue so we can review it quickly.

3. Resolution

We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe.

Chargebacks

Contact us first

Please reach out before opening a chargeback. We can almost always resolve a valid issue faster than your bank can.

Accounts with disputed payments may have access to past downloads paused while the dispute is reviewed.
